How it works

  1. Choose a hat: every style shown is a globally deliverable Printful API hat with the largest available front embroidery area and unlimited-color embroidery.
  2. Upload the pet image: clear front-facing photos in good lighting work best.
  3. AI image prep: background removal, tight cropping, and maximum embroidery-space use are applied before Printful mockup generation.
  4. Approve the API mockup: the approval image is the official Printful mockup, not a TailStitch page mockup.
  5. Cost estimate: Printful API pricing, first-order digitization, and delivery-country shipping are used for the estimate.
  6. Production and shipping: Printful produces and ships the hat after approval.
