What photo should I upload?

Use a clear, bright image where the pet face is visible. Front-facing photos work best for embroidery.

Do you add the pet name?

No. The hat design uses the image only, with no pet name text.

What image do I approve?

The approval image is the official Printful mockup returned by the Printful API.

Who produces and ships the product?

Production and shipping are handled through Printful after proof approval.

Can I request changes?

Yes. Proof adjustment policy should be finalized before launch, but custom hats should not be sent to fulfillment until the official mockup is approved.
